2Features of the machine

  1).The nodular cast iron small-cam designing makes the inertia small to start-up .It has high speed and save electricity. The main motor is 3KW.

2). The cam adopts forced circulating lubrication. This can promote the efficiency of the machine. It has warning device of oil route jam, this can avoid abnormal wearing and tearing of the parts.

3).The dynamotor type weft detector is sensitive and reliable; it can’t be influenced by dust. One person can operate several equipments.

4).When weft reaches an end, it can stop voluntarily. The surface of the cloth is flat with no rare weft. It can ensure the quality of products.

 5).The track with swallow-tailed flume can prevent shuttle out.

6.Oil pump is changed by gear pump. This can prolong its life.

7.The structure of the equipment is reliable and simple, it’s reliable to operate. The parts those are easy to be broken are few .They are convenient to do maintenance. And the revolving cost is not high.

8.It takes 250 square meters every 10 equipments. It needs 350 square meters factory building (length 25m, width 14m)And the utilization ratio is 70%.
